Research & Development

The Research & Development Department is a central corporate function within OptionsNet. Along with our stuff members, a number of external researchers contribute to the overall R&D activity, providing high-level sientific knowledge and experience.

Further more, our department members participate in several IT Research Programms, interacting with well-known research centers and University's.

The orientation of our R&D department is strongly market-driven. The main objective is the strong support of our production, either through the delivery of pilots and R&D projects or through the transfer of know-how to the productive units of the company.

The overall objectives of Research and Development activities are:

•   Applied research for the development and introduction of new services and solutions.
•   Pilots of innovating ideas or research results.
•   Development and adaptation of parts of the gained know-how towards the realisation of new services and new features in existing solutions.
•   R&D participation in National and International research forums.
